Infrared Repairs

Delaware Valley Paving’s Infrared Asphalt Repairs have been providing cost effective solutions for our customers small asphalt repairs and potholes for over 20 years. The Infrared Repair Process is done first by heating the repair area with a large propane hot plate that allows our experienced personnel to remove the surface layer of the cracked asphalt or area around the pothole. Next, the team proceeds to use hot asphalt mix from the six-ton heated storage unit on the truck and place it in the area of need. Last, we square it off and tamp/roll the area to achieve structural compaction.
